I agree that if my application is accepted, I will immediately be charged $2675 if I have selected the full payment option, or $500 if I have selected a payment plan option. If I have selected a payment plan above, I agree that 8 consecutive monthly payments of $300 with a final payment of $100 will be charged on the 15th of each month, beginning on the 15th of the month following acceptance of my application. PAYMENTS + REFUNDS TERMS and CONDITIONS

I agree that upon acceptance to the 200hr Online Vinyasa Teacher Training I will be charged a $500 non-refundable deposit. I understand and agree that cancellations must be made within 30 days of acceptance (via email) to the program. If I cancel for any reason within 30 days I will receive your tuition paid to date (less the $500 non-refundable deposit) upon receipt of all returned course materials to the Gates Yoga office. I understand and agree that after 30 days from my acceptance, if I cancel my enrollment or fail to complete the program for any reason other than cancellation of the program by Gates Yoga Enterprises, Inc, I will not be entitled to any refund, and will be obligated to pay any remainder of the enrollment fee designated above. In some cases, participants may request credit toward another program, which may be granted by Gates Yoga Enterprises, Inc. in its sole discretion. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to any law that directs the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
