Renowned for its healing natural
hot springs, Esalen has long been
recognized as a world leader in
alternative and experiential education.
Dramatically situated on the Big
Sur cliffs over the Pacific Ocean,
the sacred beauty of the land -
clear air, pulsing sea, garden
path and waterfall, steaming mineral
water bubbling up from deep within
the earth - is itself transformative.
This is the perfect setting for
our retreat which will be about
flow at every level. We will experience
intensive yoga practice, a deep
exploration into the ecstatic expression
of Kirtan, meditation and breathwork,
delicious food, incredible bodywork
and time with wonderful people.

as it sounds - in a place where
the ocean meets the sky - with
the flowing sounds of GIRISH’s
