| LOCATION: |
Set in a stunning lush tropical
valley Casa Grande Mountain
Retreat is an oasis of
peace and tranquility.
The former coffee plantation,
now exquisitely landscaped,
has 20 rooms scattered
up the mountainside, each
with private bath, balcony,
and hammock. A fresh-water
swimming pool is cradled
beneath a green mountain
vista. This will be a pefect
setting for our work together
as teachers.
Named "Green Inn of
the Year" four times
by the Puerto Rico Hotel & Tourism
Association.
Read what others have to
say:
“Serenity has arrived.
Materializing like a leafy
apparition out of Puerto
Rico’s gourgeous karst
country, the Casa Grande
ought to be on the prescription
list of all North American
doctors as an antidote for
stress and rat-race burnout.
Nestled in its own steep-sided
valley and run efficiently
by an ex-New York lawyer,
the Casa is an ecologically
congruous hotel that stops
you in your tracks...(and
the food) scrumptious." (Lonely
Planet – Puerto Rico)
"Picture this: your
own private cabin set amid
lush tropical gardens; wrap-around
views of jungly, emerald-green
mountains...selected one
of Ten Amazing Trips Around
the World." (New York
Magazine, Travel Issue). |
| |
| TRAVEL
LOGISTICS: |
There
are three airports into Puerto
Rico for international flights;
San Juan, Ponce and Aguadilla.
San Juan has by far the most
flights and the large majority
of people arriving from the
mainland touchdown there. Upon
acceptance you will be sent
information for booking a shuttle
from the airport to Casa Grande. |
