ACCOMODATIONS
There are several options for accommodation during the Vinyasa Intensive. The rooms on this mountain retreat combine simplicity and rustic charm to provide an inviting home for you during your week-long experience. All housing is nestled in the Catskill Mountain forest and is in easy walking distance to all facilities.

Program Fee *: The below program fee options include all intensive instruction + experiences, accommodation and 3 meals each day. This fee does not include transportation.
Please specify rooming preferences on your application.

Shared House: $1,500 (7-10 people)

Shared Room: $1,650 w/shared private bath (3-4 people)

Shared Room: $1,725 w/shared private bath (double occupancy)

Single Room: $1950 w/private bath: (single occupancy)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refund/Non-Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made 60 days before the start of the Retreat. We can not offer any refunds for cancellations within 60 days of the event, but a credit towards a future Program may be available.

LOCATION
The Menla Mountain Retreat Center is 1,500 feet above sea level, located in a region of the Catskills renowned for its unspoiled beauty, abundance of rushing streams, rivers and mountains and variety of wildlife (wild deer populate the landscape and will come close enough to greet you). Surrounded by a national forest preserve, featuring breathtaking views and a gorgeous yoga studio, the retreat center has been a source of renewal and inspiration for countless guests.

BY CAR FROM BOSTON:
Take I-90 W (151.2 miles). Merge onto NEW YORK STATE TRWY W (6.6 miles). Take the exit on the LEFT ( 0.5 miles). Merge onto NEW YORK STATE TRWY S/I-87 S toward NEW YORK CITY (42.5 miles). Merge onto NY-28 W via EXIT 19 toward RT-28/KINGSTON/RHINECLIFF BR. (23.9 miles). Turn LEFT onto WOODLAND VALLEY RD (0.1 miles). Turn RIGHT to stay on WOODLAND VALLEY RD (0.9 miles). Turn RIGHT onto PANTHER KILL RD (1.4 miles). Continue to the end of the road and enter gates of the Menla Mountain Retreat Center.

BY TRAIN:
Call Amtrak, (800) 872-7245, for information and train schedules to Rhinecliff, NY. At Rhinecliff station taxis are available to Phoenicia, site of Menla. BY BUS:
