I am extremely happy to invite you to one of the best experiences I can imagine - a yoga and surfing retreat in gorgeous Costa Rica. This will be our 6th year going back to the gorgeous Nosara coastline and we cannot wait to be there with you.

Personally, creating this retreat has been a dream of mine. I have developed a passion for the art of surfing over the past years living in Santa Cruz, CA (one of the world's top surfing spots) and for this special retreat, I will be combining my efforts with the iconic big wave surfer, Richard Schmidt. Richard is a renowned surfing champion, master teacher and wonderful, big-hearted person.

Whether you are brand new to surfing or very experienced, you will get so much out of this week. And the yoga we will do on our mats will of course be the perfect compliment to the yoga we do out on our boards.
